I am leaving this review as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from this site. My experience shopping for a specific item was overshadowed by the sheer difficulty of trying to make a simple return. While the clothes might be cute, the moment you run into any issue or need to send something back, you realize the operational side of the business is a disaster. I feel compelled to warn others because

the return policy is ridiculous and unfriendly

. That policy completely soured my entire experience, and that's why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation with customer service.

Customer: I just need to process a standard return, but your website is flagging my item as ineligible for a cash refund because I missed the return window by one day. That feels deeply unfair, especially considering shipping delays were out of my control.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear you've run into an issue with the timing of your return. We certainly want to ensure you are happy, even if the item didn't work out. Can you provide your order number so I can review the exact delivery date versus the return initiation date?

Customer: It’s order #554321. I stand by what I put in my review—the return policy is absolutely ridiculous and unfriendly. It shouldn't feel like a punishment just to send back an item that didn't fit.
