I felt obligated to share my terrible online shopping ordeal as a warning to others. While I’ll admit

that observation is completely overshadowed by the nightmare of actually trying to get my order delivered. The product I finally received was lovely, but the three-day shipping delay combined with zero updates to the tracking information was unacceptable. I spent hours trying to figure out where my package was, and the sheer frustration of the process compelled me to leave this poor rating and immediately engage with customer service to demand an explanation.
