I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone considering ordering from this company. When my dress arrived, I immediately knew something was wrong. It didn't fit, and when I measured it, the size was completely off. My conclusion is simple and stark:

Do not order from this company.

I placed an order, they sent me a dress that did not follow the measurements on their size guide (I ordered a small, measurements of the dress received are smaller than an XS). This quality control failure is why I first reached out to customer service—I needed a resolution for a poorly made, unusable dress that clearly wasn't my fault, before this whole ordeal escalated into a shipping and return nightmare.

Customer: I received the dress I ordered, and the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered a size Small, but when measured against your size chart, it is smaller than an XS. This dress is unusable.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the fit. However, based on the size you selected, our records show this is the item shipped. They stated that this was my problem because of the size I ordered, and advised me to return the dress.

Customer: But the garment itself is poorly made and does not match your published size guide! Why should I be responsible for shipping costs back to you when the product you sent is defective? I'm already out the initial international shipping cost.
